Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Accessories (including [e.g., jewelry, hats, hair accessories])
- Intimates or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer exchanges.
- Customers may return eligible items for store credit and place a new order.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at midwesternedge@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.

- Once received and approved, your credit will be issued.
